Workshops

The BENDIGO GEM CLUB runs regular sessions using our well equipped workshops for the following;

Cabochon Cutting - learn how to cut and polish a gemstone
Faceting Gemstones - learn how to cut and polish a translucent gemstone
Silver Smithing - create your own silver jewellery and set your own stones
Silver Casting - pour your own mold for your custom made silver jewellery or objects

Sessions Held

Note that sometimes an appropriate instructor is not available for some sessions. If thats the case, beginners are advised to not attend.

Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Saturdays we may offer silversmithing, cabbing and faceting

Tuesday Evening 5.00 - 8 30 pm (silversmith instructor available)
Thursday 10.00am - 4.00pm
Saturday Mornings 11.00 - 1.00 pm Casting on fourth Saturday of the Month
Saturday 10:00 - 2:00 pm Silver, Lapidary, Faceting, second Saturday, depending on availability of instructors, please check before attending.
